When a prospect fills out your Facebook Lead Ad form, the lead appears in Cratio within seconds — no manual export, no CSV uploads. Connect once, and every campaign you run feeds directly into your CRM pipeline.

What you can do

Leads sync in seconds

Every Facebook form submission creates a lead in Cratio instantly — no delay, no batch jobs.

Zero manual export or CSV uploads

No more downloading leads from Ads Manager. Your pipeline stays current without any manual work.

Auto-maps form fields to CRM fields

Standard Facebook form fields are mapped automatically. Unmapped fields flow into Notes so no data is lost.

Manage multiple pages and forms in one dashboard

Connect all your Facebook Pages in one place. Toggle individual forms on or off without disconnecting your account.

How it works

1

Connect your Facebook account via OAuth

Cratio requests permission to access your Pages and Lead Ad forms. This is a one-time authorisation — no developer setup required.

2

Select the pages and forms to sync

Choose which campaigns feed into your CRM. Toggle individual forms on or off at any time without disconnecting your account.

3

Leads arrive automatically

Every new Facebook form submission creates a lead in Cratio within seconds, with fields pre-mapped and ready for follow-up.

How to set it up

Takes about 5 minutes. No code required.

1

Open the integration

In Cratio, go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook Lead Ads. Click + Connect Page, then Continue with Facebook.

2

Authorise your account

Review the permissions Cratio needs — access to your Pages and Lead Ad forms — and click Continue. Cratio never accesses your personal profile or friends list.

3

Select pages and forms

Check the Facebook Pages you want to sync. Expand each page to see its Lead Ad forms. Toggle off any forms you want to exclude.

4

Map your fields

Review the auto-mapped fields. For unmatched fields (shown in amber), pick the correct CRM field. Any fields left unmapped are saved to the lead's Notes automatically — no data is lost.

5

Set defaults and go live

Choose the default assignment, status, source label, and tags for incoming Facebook leads. Click Save & Start Syncing. New leads begin arriving immediately.

If your Facebook token expires, a Re-authorise banner appears at the top of the integration page. Click it to reconnect.
