How it works
Get your IndiaMART API key
Log into your IndiaMART Seller Dashboard, go to Lead Manager → Settings → API/CRM Integration, and copy the CRM API Key. If API access isn't visible, contact your IndiaMART account manager.
Connect and test
Paste the API key in Cratio. A test pull runs immediately to confirm the connection is live and your enquiries are accessible.
Enquiries become leads automatically
On your chosen schedule (every 15 minutes by default), Cratio fetches new enquiries and creates leads. Duplicates are skipped automatically.
How to set it up
Takes about 5 minutes. No code required.
Log into IndiaMART
Go to seller.indiamart.com and sign in to your seller account.
Copy your API key
Navigate to Lead Manager → Settings → API/CRM Integration. Copy the CRM API Key (also called Lead Manager Key). Contact IndiaMART support if this option isn't visible.
Connect in Cratio
In Cratio, go to Settings → Integrations → IndiaMART. Paste the API key and click Test Connection.
Set pull frequency
Choose how often Cratio should fetch new enquiries. Every 15 minutes is recommended for most accounts.
Set defaults and activate
Choose default assignment, status, source label, and tags. Click Save & Connect. The first sync runs immediately.

How IndiaMART fields map to your Cratio CRM fields.
Any unmapped or custom fields are saved to the lead's Notes automatically — no data is lost.
