Use a Cratio workflow to push events to Make via webhook, or use Make's HTTP module to push leads into Cratio.
Build your scenario
In Make's visual canvas, add modules for each app you want to connect. Use routers to branch logic — e.g., send WhatsApp only to 'Hot' leads.
Scenarios run automatically
Once your scenario is activated, it runs whenever the trigger fires. Make handles retries, error logging, and scheduling.
How to set it up
Takes about 5 minutes. No code required.
Get your Make webhook URL
Log in to Make → Create a new scenario → Add module → Webhooks → Custom webhook → Add → Copy address to clipboard.
Create a workflow in Cratio
Go to Settings → CRM → Workflows → + New Workflow.
Set your trigger
Choose: Lead Created, Stage Changed, Lead Updated, or Activity Completed.
Add a Send Webhook action
Action node → Send Webhook → paste the Make URL. Data is sent as JSON.
Publish and test
Save and publish the workflow. Create a test lead to verify data flows to Make.
