WhatsApp in Zoho is templates — not a team inbox.
Zoho's WhatsApp page describes 'configure WhatsApp templates within Zoho CRM'. There is no shared team inbox, broadcast campaign builder or chatbot designer documented on the CRM product pages. WhatsApp Business API onboarding, template approval and Meta conversation fees remain the customer's responsibility.
Indian SMBs run 40–70% of their sales on WhatsApp. Sending a template from a CRM record is not the same as running a team inbox.
