Runo is a capable call-tracking app. These are the walls teams hit when they need a full CRM. Every claim cites Runo's own pricing, FAQ or integrations page.
WhatsApp is a ₹149 add-on — and bulk send is 'under development'.
Runo's pricing page lists 'WhatsApp Business — ₹149/user/month + GST' as a separate add-on line, not included in any base tier. Runo's own FAQ states: 'this feature is related to WABA control and is currently under development. Once completed, users will be able to send bulk messages directly from the platform.' The WhatsApp CRM product page marks auto-replies and quick responses as 'coming soon'.
An Indian SMB buying Runo at ₹599 is actually paying ₹748 once they add WhatsApp — and bulk broadcast, the single most-used feature in Indian sales, isn't live yet.

Runo's FAQ on pipelines: 'Admins can define custom lead stages like New, In progress, Closed Won, Closed Lost etc.' The Lead Management page refers to a 'funnel' — singular. No mention of kanban boards, multiple pipelines per product line, or per-pipeline stage models anywhere on Runo's product pages.
Real estate brokerages sell rental + resale + commercial — three pipelines. Education runs inbound + reactivation — two. One flat funnel forces every deal into the same view.

The Call Tracking page describes dashboards as 'Live dashboards show daily call volume, talk time, and team activity' — a fixed set. No mention of a custom report builder, pivot analytics or cross-tab dashboards.
A sales manager who wants 'conversion by source by rep by week with funnel drop-off' ends up doing Excel gymnastics on exported CSVs every Monday.
